This month the Alumni Corner features Leah M. Devan (née Johnson), who graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School and earned a BS in Business from Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Professionally, Leah began her career at American Capital Trust, where she was Director of Secondary Markets from 2003 - 2009. She then joined HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as a Sr. VP Corporate Relationship since 2009. During her tenure, Leah has been honored as a 3x President’s Cabinet Winner and a 2x Culture Hero. In addition, she has been a licensed realtor since 2000.

Leah married the love of her life, Michael J. Devan, in 2016. Together, they are proud parents to their two sons: Nicholas (1st Grade) and Michael (PK-4), as well as Leah’s two stepchildren, Morgan and Colin.

Leah is still actively involved at Saint Gregory School, where she has served as the Gift Cards Week Chair 2021 - 2024. Additionally, she co-chaired the 65th Anniversary Grand Auction in 2023.
