The Alumni Corner is pleased to introduce Victor Demesmin, Jr., the Founding Partner of Demesmin & Dover Law Firm and Chief Business Officer of ALL-IN Management Group. Mr. Demesmin, Jr. earned a BS in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, with a minor in Legal Studies, from the University of Central Florida, and completed his Juris Doctorate and Graduate Diploma at Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2015.

Victor holds fond memories of his time at St. Gregory Catholic School (Class of 2003). As a student, he excelled academically and athletically, playing on the varsity basketball and volleyball teams. His connection to St. Gregory has now come full circle with his children, Amelia and Julian attending St. Gregory. He also has been a valuable sponsor of multiple fundraisers.

Under Victor's leadership, Demesmin & Dover has grown from two to nearly 100 employees in less than four years, establishing itself as one of S. Florida's largest law firms. He is passionate about legal excellence and philanthropy and champions diversity, inclusion, and the advancement of Black professionals.
