WHY VOLUNTEER?

Part of being a great volunteer is believing in what and where you are giving of your time and energy. Find something in the church or school that you're passionate about or something that inspires you.

REQUIREMENTS

As per Archdiocese Requirements all volunteers must be fingerprinted and Virtus Trained.

Virtus & Fingerprinting

Virtus Training

  • Visit www.virtusonline.org;
  • Go to "First time registrant";
  • Begin the registration process; (See more on the link below)
  • Select Miami, FL (Archdiocese);
  • Ongoing education is required to keep certification current

Fingerprinting

To schedule an appointment and register go to fieldprintflorida.com and follow the instructions.

When you are asked for the reason why you need to be fingerprinted, click "I know my fieldprint code". Your Fieldprint Code is: FPAOMSchoolVol (case sensitive).

Applicant must present two (2) valid forms of identification:

  • Valid State Driver's License or Valid State Identification Card.
  • US Passport or Foreign Passport.
  • Social Security Card.
  • Credit Card.
  • Utility Bill.
